Ski in Peio
Peio
Located near the extreme western end of Val di Sole, Val di Peio is an area that has maintained the charm of an alpine valley where, since ancient times, mankind has been living in complete harmony with nature.Peio, which is located on the slopes of Monte Viòz, is the highest municipality of the entire Trentino region and the oldest tourist resort in Val di Sole. Its development is a clear example of this harmonious relationship between mankind and the environment: the surrounding landscape is in fact characterized by mountain shelters, mountain peaks and the breathtaking forests of the Stelvio National Park.
